TIMOTHY ROSE CONTRACTING offers a wide range of site work services, rarely needing to sub work. We perform virtually all work in house. Since 1984 we have continuously served Indian River, Brevard, St. Lucie and Okeechobee counties.
As long-time residents of the communities we serve, we take responsibility for providing the area with high-quality and affordable construction services, and by doing so, we have managed to build a solid reputation.
We strive to ensure that all of our work is completed in a timely manner, within budget and with safety being our top priority. We have completed projects ranging small in size to several million dollars, with a bonding capacity of $75,000,000 we are looking forward to bidding your next project.

We are an FDOT certified paving contractor. Who offers repairs, maintenance, as well as removal and replacement services for asphalt pavement. As a paving contractor, we are experienced in working with small to mid-sized projects and have the capability to handle projects from small repairs to large parking lots or mainline paving on major roadways.
